If you are interested in recruiting with and becoming =AEST= please read and understand the following rules and guidelines before posting.
We are a mature competitive squad that has been around for 7 years strong. We pride ourselves on being a respectful clan in and out of game. We are all friends here and respect one another. If you have an issue with someone in =AEST= simply come talk to them and work it out. We will not tolerate bashing or disrespect in our forums, on our Teamspeaks or in our servers from members or nonmembers.
#1 Requirement for recruitment with =AEST= and its current members....If at anytime you are found to be on ANY Master Ban List FOR ANY GAME you will be immediately denyed entrance into or removed from the clan.
1) You must be a 16+ MATURE competitive individual...we do make occasional exceptions.
2) Respect others at all times.
3) Dedicate time to the clan to make yourself a better gamer and contribute to the clan as a whole
4) Attend all mandatory meetings and practices where warranted
5) If possible donate to the clan server funds
6) Own a Headset and have Teamspeak Installed
7) All potential members must speak English (broken english is acceptable per Acacio)
8) Recruiting is based mainly on social skill and how well they fit in with existing members
9) The potential recruit will undergo a trial that lasts for no less than one week.
10) After completion of the trial a vote will be taken by the members of that division and the leaders to decide on whether to let them in
11) The potential recruit will only be accepted as a member if there is a 100% yes vote. If a no Vote is submitted the member submitting the no vote must fully explain their reasons in the vote thread. The reasons given can then be discussed further and possibly resolved but the potential recruit will only be allowed in if all members agree to it.
12) Skill is not a primary consideration when selecting new members, though obviously it will have to be taken into account when selecting teams to play in matches and no member is gauranteed a spot on a match squad.
13) Once a recruit has been voted in they will be on probation for one month during which time they will not have to pay the clan fees and can still be expelled from the clan
14) All members of each division must have their own copy of the game. Pirated versions are not acceptable and if found to be using a pirated version they will be expelled from the clan.
15) All potential new recruits will be asked to wear the tags =AESTr= with the entire tag displayed at all times. When and if the new recruit is accepted as a member they will be allowed to use Allied Elite Shock Troops tags =AEST=.

The clan leadership reserves the right to change the clan policies at any time without prior warning and it is every members responsibility to ensure that they comply with the latest clan policies. By joining the clan, you are consenting to these clan policies in their entirety, and agree to accept any penalties that may arise from violation of these clan policies.
